Ric R. Rinosa, Jr, Senior Partner

Principal Ric R. Rinosa, Jr () is responsible for the technical quality of STR’s buildings. His 30-plus years of experience is an essential part of STR’s project process to ensure building construction quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. His broad base of experience includes hundreds of projects and a variety of project types, including commercial and corporate work, medical facilities, schools, municipal facilities, residences, fitness centers, natatoriums, auditoriums, site development and parking facilities.

Ric manages STR's technical staff to provide complete and thorough technical drawings and specifications. He works closely with project designers so that design concepts and client expectations are translated into meticulous production documents. His in-depth knowledge in the field is an indispensable service to our clients and his meticulous work with contractors saves thousands of dollars in time and money.

Ric's thorough understanding of the entire construction process, from pre-planning through close-out, helps to ease our clients’ way to successful projects.

A long-time resident of Illinois, Ric lives in Roselle, Illinois with his wife, Patricia. Their two children, Ryan and Patrick are alumni of the University of Illinois.
