Challenge: The district’s early learning program was spread across 27 schools and hundreds of staff, making consistent training and messaging difficult. The district needed the consolidation finished in just eight months, before the next school year began.

Solution: Relocate the district’s administrative and IT staff into a new administration office addition, freeing the original elementary school to become half of the new Early Learning Center, with a central enclosed passageway connecting old and new into one unified campus.
